Notice is hereby given that Uinta County Commissioners will be awarding a $500.00 per Semester Scholarship to 3 candidates on May 17, 2022. Applications are due May 11, 2022. The Commissioners will also award a renewal scholarship to one candidate for $500.00 per semester on July 5, 2022. Renewal Applications are due on June 29, 2022. Minutes of the Business Meeting held March 3, 2022
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Berg at 7:00 p.m. present were Councilmembers: Andy Spray, Tansy Shelton, Shane Hooton and Eric Quinney via Zoom

Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Spray made a motion to approve the February 17, 2022 business meeting, work session minutes, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Resolution # 2022-11 APPROVING THE R&R ADDITION TO THE TOWN OF LYMAN, UINTA COUNTY, WYOMING Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve Resolution # 2022-11, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Spray made a motion to correct the scrivener’s error that has existed for 70+ years on the property at 301 N. Main Street to adjust the property lines, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Spray made a motion to amend Hope Acres plat map to reflect getting rid of a road and moving property lines to accommodate for this change and authorizing the Mayor to sign off on this change, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Spray made a motion to approve changes following the road standards for Hope Acres making the asphalt 38 ft. on street and the curb and gutter 2 ft., second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the following bills: Brenntag – chemicals $1,829.00, Carrier Corporation – HVAC work $6,398.88, Chemtech-Ford – samples $275.00, Wyoming Worker’s Comp. – workers comp. $714.57, Energy Laboratories – samples $396.00, Harris Law Office – judge contract $1,200.00, Hartford – benefits $493.60, Ricoh – copier lease $247.50, LGLP – deductible $500.00, Postmaster – utility bills $255.96, Peterson Legal Services – attorney contract $3,000.00, Dominion Energy – utilities $3,744.13, Tamera Lopez – contract labor $200.00, The Printed Word – office supplies $37.95, Wells Fargo Financial – copier lease $139.00, Wyoming Retirement – benefits $7,977.37, Teena Bradshaw – water deposit refund $93.01, Premier Vehicle Installation – new decals $668.68, Power Engineering Company – monthly charges $125.00, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Spray made a motion to adjourn into an Executive Session for personnel, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
