Minutes of the Business Meeting held September 7, 2023
HELD AT LYMAN TOWN HALL, COUNCIL CHAMBERS
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hooton, present was Councilmember’s Gregg Moretti, Bronson Berg, Jimmy Bramlett and Eric Quinney.

Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Moretti, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 17, 2023 Business Meeting and Work Session, second by Councilman Berg, motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Hooton opened the public hearing for Ordinance No. 2023-02
Mo public Comments. The Public hearing was closed.
Ordinance No. 2023-02 AN ORDINANCE PERMITTING COMPENSATION OF PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEMBERS BY RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-02 on the second reading, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2023-03 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE AGE AT WHICH A DOG OF CAT NEEDS TO BE LICENSED Councilman made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2023-03 on the first reading, second by Councilman motion carried unanimously.
Councilman made a motion to approve Purchase Order #2023-13 in the amount of $12,999.00 for Bridger Valley Electric, second by Councilman motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Hooton asked for a vote to sign the Lease Agreement with Elevated Living, all were in favor.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the following bills: Alsco – janitorial supplies $369.80, Brenntag Pacific – chemicals $2,021.06, Bridger Valley Chamber – 2023 Field of Remembrance $1,500.00, Bridger Valley Motors – work on vehicle $349.94, Chemtech-Ford – samples $355.00, Covolo-Auto Farm Services – monthly charges $84.38, Crime Victims – crime victims fund $150.00, E. INVITATION FOR BID
The Town of Mountain View is requesting bids for remodel of the Town Hall office area. Information of the remodel can be obtained by contacting the Town Hall at 307-782-3100 or visiting the office at 405 Highway 414. Sealed bids must be received by Noon on October 13, 2023 and will be opened on October 16, 2023 at 9:00am. Bids will be reviewed at the council workshop on October 17, 2023 at 6:00pm. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids.

MINUTES
Mayor, Bryan Ayres led the Pledge of Allegiance.
The August 15, 2023 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:02 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Tori Carter, Kelly Bonner and Jenny Harvey, Deputy Clerk Tammy Murray, Jake Porter with Public Works, and Chief of Police, Allister Bunch.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Jenny Harvey to approve the July 18, 2023 meeting minutes; motion carried.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Kelly Bonner, to approve the extended hours for Badlands and the Cowboy Bar to 2:00 am on Sunday September 3, 2023, motion carried.
Motion to by Kelly Bonner, second by Tori Carter to approve Iron Horse Construction for the river work, motion carried.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Kelly Bonner to approve open contain in designated areas, in the park for the 50th Birthday on August 19, 2023 motion carried.
Motion by Kelly Bonner, second by Tori Carter to advertise the bid for the dodge charger motion carried.
