Uinta County is seeking proposals for removal of all of the board stock on the current rodeo bleachers. Work to be completed by 2/31/2023.

Contractor will need to have any necessary city and state licenses with current insurance statement.

Minutes of the Business Meeting held December 15, 2022

The meeting was called to order by Mayor Berg, present was Councilmember’s Tansy Shelton, Shane Hooton and Andy Spray.  Eric Quinney was present via Zoom

Councilman Spray made a motion to approve the agenda, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.

Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the December 1, 2022 business meeting and work session minutes, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.

Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve gift cards to the committee chairpersons of the Bridger Valley Craft Fair for promoting future town events, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Berg thanked the town for the privilege of allowing him to serve them as Mayor for the past 6 years.  Mayor Berg also thanked the outgoing members for their years of service.

Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the following bills: Airgas – cylinder rental $62.78, Arrow E Electric – electrical inspections $510.00, Benedict Ace Hardware – monthly charges $257.25, Beacon – supplies $613.00, BVEA – utilities $9,397.06, BVJP – water purchased $25,207.76, Bridger Valley Pioneer – advertising $105.60, Bridger Valley Propane – animal shelter $687.74, Bridgerland Carquest – supplies $111.14, Caselle – software maintenance/support $804.00, Chemtech-Ford – samples $50.00, Covolo-Auto Farm Service – monthly charges $1,347.65, Cook Brothers Broadcasting – advertising $186.00, Energy Laboratories – testing $349.00, First Bankcard – credit card charges $3,135.21, Forsgren – engineering $18,464.74, Ricoh – copier lease $45.41, Brady Bevan – water deposit refund $87.00, American Legal – ordinance supplement, web hosting $1,321.07, The Printed Word – office supplies $89.28, Union – phone service $767.15, Wyoming Waste – trash service $217.71, Webb Computer Consulting – computer maintenance $2450.00, Kim Smith – water deposit refund $25.00,  second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Hooton made a motion to adjourn the business meeting, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
