The auction and sale will be made under and by virtue of Section 29-7-105 Wyoming Statues 1977 and for satisfying the lien of the undersigned on such automobile in the sum of 1500.00 with costs of sale, for services rendered the owner of such automobile by the undersigned.

Notice of Public Hearing
The Town of Mountain View will hold a Public Hearing during the regular meeting, October 6, 2020, at 7:00 p.m. at the Mountain View Town Hall, 405 Highway 414, to hear public comment on the proposed water rate changes.
Residential present base rate of $55.08 which includes 2000 gallons.
A cost of $3.97 per 1000 gallons will be charged after the first initial 2000 to 10000 gallons for water used.
A cost of $4.78 per 1000 gallons of water will be charged after 10000 gallons.
Proposed Residential new base rate of $48.33 which does not include any water usage.
A cost of $.0035 per gallon will be charged up to 5000 gallons for water used.
A cost of $.00397 per gallon will be charged from 5000 to 10000 gallons of water used.
A cost of $.00478 per gallon will be charged for anything over 10000 gallons.
During the September 15, 2020 Town Council meeting it was approved to pay off a sewer loan. With this loan paid off it will reduce the sewer loan fee by $1.20. The new sewer loan fee will be $12.40 instead of $13.60.
