The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor, Bryan Ayres.
The November 16, 2021 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Gina Tims, Jenny Harvey, Tori Carter, and Jamy Ferrin, Clerk Treasurer, Penny Robbins, Deputy Clerk, Amanda Fraughton, Rick Guild with Public Works, Chief Trevor Rasmussen and Sergeant Allen Van Wagoner.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Jamy Ferrin to approve the agenda; motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Jenny Harvey to approve the November 2, 2021 minutes; motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Tori Carter to approve RESOLUTION 2021-6 A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND DIRECTING THAT A YEAR END BONUS BE AWARDED TO TOWN EMPLOYEES; TOWN CLERK TO DISTRIBUTE SAID PAYMENT TO EMPLOYEES AS DIRECTED BY MAYOR; motion carried.

The November 23, 2021 Mountain View Town Council special meeting was called to order at 5:30 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Jenny Harvey, Tori Carter, Gina Tims and Jamy Ferrin, Clerk Treasurer, Penny Robbins, and Amanda Kirby, Town Attorney via Zoom.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Tori Carter to approve the agenda; motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Jenny Harvey to appoint Mark Harris as Hearing Officer; motion carried.
Motion by Gina Tims, second by Tori Carter to recess to Executive Session for Personnel at 5:31 pm; motion carried.
Motion by Gina Tims, second by Jamy Ferrin to reconvene regular meeting at 5:45 pm; motion carried.

Notice is hereby given that Uinta County School District #6, Uinta County, Lyman, Wyoming, is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from mechanical engineering firms to provide investigation and design services related to improvements and replacement of the HVAC system for the Lyman Aquatic Center. Responses to this RFQ/P will be received no later than,
1:00 PM, Thursday, January 20, 2022
Bids will be in accordance to specifications prepared by Uinta County School District #6 and the same may be obtained from the District Office, 126 North Franklin, Lyman, Wyoming 82937.
A mandatory job walk through will be held Thursday, January 6 at 11:30 a.m. at the Lyman Aquatic Center, 1305 East Clark Street, Lyman, Wyoming.
Bids will be received at the office of the Business Manager, Uinta County School District #6, P.O. Box 1090, Lyman, Wyoming.
The right is reserved by the Board of Trustees of School District #6, Uinta County, Wyoming, to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities as may be deemed for the best interest of the Board. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them.
