Notice is hereby given that regular meetings of the Board of Trustees of Uinta County School District Number 6, State of Wyoming, are held January through March and November at 7:00 p.m., on the second Wednesday of the month, April through August at 8:00 p.m. on the third Wednesday of the month and September, October and December, at 7:00 p.m., on the third Wednesday of the month, in the board room of the administration building, at 126 North Franklin Street, in Lyman, Wyoming, and such meetings are open to the public. There will be an open work meeting one hour prior to each regular meeting.
Notice is also given that official minutes of each regular or special meeting of such board, including a record of all official acts and of all warrants issued, are available for inspection by any citizen during regular office hours at the office of the clerk of said district, at 126 North Franklin Street, Lyman, WY. Notice is hereby given that Uinta County School District #6, Uinta County, Lyman, Wyoming, is requesting Statements of Qualifications and Proposals from mechanical engineering firms to provide investigation and design services related to improvements and replacement of the HVAC system for the Lyman Aquatic Center. Responses to this RFQ/P will be received no later than,
1:00 PM, Thursday, January 20, 2022
Bids will be in accordance to specifications prepared by Uinta County School District #6 and the same may be obtained from the District Office, 126 North Franklin, Lyman, Wyoming 82937.
A mandatory job walk through will be held Thursday, January 6 at 11:30 a.m. at the Lyman Aquatic Center, 1305 East Clark Street, Lyman, Wyoming.
Bids will be received at the office of the Business Manager, Uinta County School District #6, P.O. Box 1090, Lyman, Wyoming.
The right is reserved by the Board of Trustees of School District #6, Uinta County, Wyoming, to reject any or all bids and to waive minor technicalities as may be deemed for the best interest of the Board. Bids may not be withdrawn after the time fixed for opening them.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Town of Lyman, Wyoming, will conduct a public meeting at 7:00 PM, local time, on January 20th, 2022, at the Lyman Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the following project: Lyman Main Street Water Main Phase 1 Project which will abandon an existing cast iron line in Main Street and cross tie water lines in the intersections along Main Street at Owen Street, Sage Street, Lincoln Street, Willow Street, and Canal Street.
The Town of Lyman intends to use funds from the Office of State Lands and Investments through the Wyoming Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Funds. The Town of Lyman will present the preliminary design of the proposed project and discuss the estimated cost of the improvements during the meeting. Based on current estimates, the total cost of the project is $396,984.00. The Town of Lyman plans to complete the project by borrowing the $396,984.00 from the Wyoming Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund. Existing user fees will repay the loan. The average rate impact is estimated to be $1.83/month per service fee to repay the $396,984.00 SRF loan with 25% forgiveness, which has terms of 2.5% and 20 years.
