ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Uinta County School District 4 will be receiving sealed bids for the installation of Verkada security cameras in the K-8 and high school buildings. Bids are due to Uinta County School District 4, 129 W Second Street, Mountain View, Wyoming 82939, by 12:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on January 20, 2022. A mandatory bid walk-through is scheduled for January 13, 2022 at 11:00 AM. Bids may be emailed to Superintendent Jeff Newton at newtonj@uinta4.com. This project must be completed by August 15, 2022. NOTICE OF PUBLIC MEETING
The Town of Lyman, Wyoming, will conduct a public meeting at 7:00 PM, local time, on January 20th, 2022, at the Lyman Town Hall. The purpose of the meeting is to allow citizens to review and comment on the following project: Lyman Main Street Water Main Phase 1 Project which will abandon an existing cast iron line in Main Street and cross tie water lines in the intersections along Main Street at Owen Street, Sage Street, Lincoln Street, Willow Street, and Canal Street.
The Town of Lyman intends to use funds from the Office of State Lands and Investments through the Wyoming Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Funds. The Town of Lyman will present the preliminary design of the proposed project and discuss the estimated cost of the improvements during the meeting. Based on current estimates, the total cost of the project is $396,984.00. The Town of Lyman plans to complete the project by borrowing the $396,984.00 from the Wyoming Drinking Water State Revolving Loan Fund. Existing user fees will repay the loan. The average rate impact is estimated to be $1.83/month per service fee to repay the $396,984.00 SRF loan with 25% forgiveness, which has terms of 2.5% and 20 years.
