AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE AMOUNT OF TIME REQUIRED BETWEEN PUBLICATION OF A HEARING NOTICE AND HEARINGS FOR CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND VARIANCES
WHEREAS, the Town requires public hearings before the Planning and Zoning Commission can issue Conditional Use Permits and Variances; and,
WHEREAS, the current Code requires seven (7) day notice by publication before the public hearing; and
WHEREAS, the weekly publication schedule of the local newspaper has caused unnecessary delays in review by the Commission.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN, UINTA COUNTY, WYOMING THAT THE TOWN CODE SHOULD BE MODIFIED IN THE FOLLOWING WAY:
