TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW

November 19, 2019   7:00 P.M.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Scott Dellinger.

The November 19, 2019 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:02 p.m. by Mayor Scott Dellinger. Those present were Council President, Gina Tims, council members Bryan Ayres and Tori Carter, Clerk, Penny Robbins, Rick Guild with Public Works and Chief of Police, Brian Sparks.

Motion by Bryan Ayres, second by Tori Carter to approve the agenda; motion carried.

Motion by Tori Carter, second by Gina Tims to approve the November 5, 2019 minutes; motion carried.

Motion by Bryan Ayres, second by Gina Tims to approve Ordinance 2019-4 an ordinance amending and replacing section 13-6-12 of the town code parking – snow removal on Third and final reading; motion carried.

Motion by Gina Tims, second by Tori Carter to approve Resolution 2019-5 a Resolution authorizing and directing that a year end bonus be awarded to town employees; motion carried.

Motion by Tori Carter, second by Bryan Ayres to approve Resolution 2019-6 a Resolution of the town council of the Town of Mountain View vacating a right of way located in the Riverwood Ranches subdivision pursuant to the request of Rachel and Jacob Johnson; and authorizing the mayor and town clerk approve the final plat of the Celtic Properties subdivision; motion carried

Motion by Bryan Ayres, second by Tori Carter to approve Resolution 2019-7 a Resolution of the Town of Mountain view declaring the intention of the governing body to dedicate streets in the Wildflower subdivision, motion carried.

Motion by Bryan Ayres, second by Gina Tims to approve Resolution 2019-8 A Resolution authorizing that a bonus be awarded to Officer Rasmussen and Officer Kiefer, motion carried.

REQUEST FOR BIDS

Notice is hereby given that the Uinta County Conservation District (UCCD) is accepting bids for the construction of three (3) spring development projects located in the northeastern corner of Uinta County, Wyoming.  Sealed bids will be accepted until 3:00 pm on Tuesday, February 18th, by the Uinta County Conservation District, 204 East Sage Street, P.O. Box 370, Lyman, WY 82937.  A pre-bid walk is scheduled for Wednesday, February 12th at 8:00 am, meet at the UCCD office.  To obtain a bid packet with more detailed information regarding this request for bids, please contact Kerri Sabey at the Uinta County Conservation District office at 307-787-3070 or ksabey.uccd@gmail.com.
