NOTICE OF MEETING CHANGE

The March regularly-scheduled Board of Trustees meeting for Uinta County School District Four, Mountain View, has been rescheduled for Monday, March 8, 2021, at 7:00 P.M. in the district board room.

The Town of Lyman is accepting sealed bids for:

 1993 Ford Ranger

 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix,

 Both vehicles are to be bid as is.  Sealed bids must be turned into the Lyman Clerk’s Office by 12:00 noon on March 10, 2021.  Vehicles can be looked at on March 9th  8:00 - 4:00 p.m. and March 10th 8:00 - 11:00 a.m.at the Lyman Town Maintenance Shop 230 W Canal.  The Town of Lyman has the right to reject any and all bids.

Notice of Final Payment to Contractor

Notice is hereby given that Uinta County School District #6 has accepted as complete the replacement of the small bleachers at Lyman Intermediate School and Lyman High School, in accordance with a contract between Uinta County School District #6 and Hufcor, Inc., 28621 Network Place, Chicago, IL  60673-1286 and that Hufcor, Inc. is entitled to final payment. Therefore, on March 25, 2021, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this notice, full and final payment will be made to Hufcor, Inc., unless protests to this final payment have been received prior to or on that date.  Protests to this final payment may be made in writing to Uinta County School District No. 6, P.O. Box 1090, Lyman, WY  82937 and received prior to hearing.  Dated this 12th day of February, 2021.

TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW

February 2, 2021   7:00 P.M.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor, Bryan Ayres.

The February 2, 2021 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Mayor Bryan Ayres. Those present were, Mayor, Bryan Ayres, council members, Jenny Harvey, Tori Carter, Gina Tims and Jacob Porter, Clerk Treasurer, Penny Robbins, Deputy Clerk, Amanda Fraughton, Rick Guild and Bud Lawson with Public Works, Officer’s Alan Kiefer and Jessica Knezovich.

Motion by Tori Carter, second by Jacob Porter to approve the agenda; motion carried.

Motion by Gina Tims, second by Jenny Harvey to approve the January 19, 2021 minutes; motion carried.

Motion by Jacob Porter, second by Tori Carter to enter into contract with Amanda Kirby as the town attorney; motion carried.

Minutes of the Business Meeting held February 4, 2021

Councilman Spray made a motion to approve the agenda, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.

Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 21, 2021 business meeting and work session, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Hooton made a motion to take the BVJP Board appointment off the table, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the appointment of Andy Spray to the BVJP Board to fill the 1 year term for Dallas Sill, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
