Union Telephone Company, in partnership with the USDA, hereby states the following:

ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Uinta County School District 4 will be receiving sealed bids for upgrades to the network at the Mountain View High School building as described as follows:
1. The replacement of a wireless network consisting of 31 wireless access points at two locations, or extended licensing for our current wireless network. Specifically, for (A) the purchase, installation and configuration of 31 Ruckus R750 Indoor WIFI 6 (802.11AX) Access Points for Ultra-Dense Environments with 5-year licensing, or equivalent, OR (B) Additional 1 and 3-year licensing for our existing Xirrus XD2 240-E Wireless Access Points.
AND

2. Wireless or other connections between three of our buildings that allows for voice and data transmission. There will be a minimum of 2 100 mbps circuits originating at Mountain View High School and terminating at the District Office and K8 building respectively. Please provide price points for 100M, 200M and 500M.
Bids shall be in accordance with the Bid Documentation available via the Universal Service Administrative Company website (www.usac.org). Bids are due to Uinta County School District 4, 129 W Second Street, Mountain View, Wyoming 82939, by 4:00 PM Mountain Standard Time on February 14, 2021. Bids may be emailed to Superintendent Jeff Newton at newtonj@uinta4.com. This project must be completed by June 30, 2021.
Preference shall be given to Wyoming contractors, subcontractors, laborers, workmen and mechanics in accordance with W.S. 16-6-102; except when Wyoming residents are not available or qualified to perform the work involved. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine who the best and most responsible Bidder is, and to waive any formalities in the bidding.

PUBLIC NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that Hope Acres LLC has applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for a tract of land in Section 32, T16N, R114W. The application would allow a change from the Agricultural/Resource/Development (ARD) Land Use District to the Residential (R) Land Use District for the development of a seven lot Residential subdivision entitled the Hope Acres Phase 1 Subdivision.
A public hearing on this matter will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at approximately 2:00 p.m.

Hope Acres LLC intends to apply for a Subdivision Permit for the proposed Hope Acres Phase 1 Subdivision located in the NE/4 NE1/4 of Section 32, T16N, R114W. The proposed subdivision is located adjacent to Uinta County Road No. 251, abutting the corporate boundary if Lyman. A public hearing for this permit will be held before the Board of Uinta County Commissioners on Tuesday, February 16, 2021, at 2:00 P.M. in the Commission Chambers at the Uinta County Complex.
