The Town of Lyman Planning and Zoning will hold a public hearing regarding a variance request from Kelly Bonner. Kelly is asking to allow a lot to be created without public frontage road. The lot is at the end of B Ave. The meeting will be held March 3, 2020 at 6:30 p.m. in the conference room at the Lyman Town Hall.

Separate sealed BIDS for the construction of the Lyman Streets 2020 Project will be received by the Town of Lyman, Wyoming at the office of Town Hall until 4:00 p.m. local time March 12, 2020 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

The Project consists of the following work: Pulverize existing asphalt and crushed base, grade, compact, place asphalt, and collar valves and manholes.
Copies of the CONTRACT DOCUMENTS may be obtained at the office of FORSGREN ASSOCIATES, INC. at the location noted above, upon payment of $ 40.00 for each hard set, non-refundable, Electronic downloadable copies are also available at no charge provided the contractor calls and registers on the plan holders list
Each BIDDER will be required to submit, with his proposal, a certified check, or Bid Bond made payable without condition to the Town of Lyman in the amount of not less than five percent (5%) of the BIDDER's maximum Bid Price as guarantee that such BIDDER will enter into a contract within fifteen (15) days after the date of the OWNER's Notice of Award.
A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held at 3:00 p.m. on the 3rd day of March 2020 at 100 East Sage, Town of Lyman, WY Bidders are encouraged to attend and participate.
Preference will be given to resident Wyoming Contractors in the amount of five percent (5%) of the low bid in accordance with Wyoming Statute 16-6-101, et. seq.
Town of Lyman reserves the right to reject any or all bids or any part of any bid, to waive any formality in any bid, as its best interest may appear.
Contractors are encouraged to visit the site prior to submitting bids.

Minutes of the Business Meeting held February 6, 2020
Present were Mayor Berg, Councilmembers Andy Spray, Tansy Shelton and Dallas Sill, Public Works Director Jared Crane, Clerk Lisa Bradshaw, Chief Kathy Adams and Attorney Thayne Peterson. Councilman Hooton was excused.
Councilman Spray made a motion to approve the agenda, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Sill made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 16, 2020 business meeting and work session, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
Resolution# 2020-04 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A BID FOR A 2020 FORD F-350 EXTENDED CAB 4 X 4 TRUCK, AND ALLOW CONTRACT TO BE ENTERED AND EXECUTED. Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve Resolution# 2020-04, second by Councilman Spray motion carried unanimously.
Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve Frontier Ford purchase order in the amount of $32,113.00, second by Councilman Sill, motion carried unanimously.
