ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
Sealed bids for installation of a new network switch and wiring at the Mountain View High School building, Mountain View, Wyoming will be received at Uinta County School District #4, 129 W Second Street, Mountain View, Wyoming 82939, until 3:00 P.M. on February 27, 2020. These bids must be submitted to the following email address: newtonj@uinta4.com. A mandatory bid walk-through needs to be scheduled with the school district by contacting the District Office at 307-782-3377 ex 4201.
Proposals shall be in accordance with the Bid Documentation available via the Universal Service Administrative Company website (www.usac.org). Please contact Uinta 4 Superintendent, Jeff Newton, at 307-782-3377 ex 4201 for more details, if needed. This project must be completed by July 31, 2020.
Preference shall be given to Wyoming contractors, subcontractors, laborers, workmen and mechanics in accordance with W.S. 16-6-102; except when Wyoming residents are not available or qualified to perform the work involved.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to determine who the best and most responsible Bidder is, and to waive any formalities in the bidding.

The January 7, 2020 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:01 p.m. by Mayor, Scott Dellinger. Pete Roitz, Barbara Roitz, and Ken Duncan were present for the reading of the American Legion Fort Bridger Post 36 Centennial Day Proclamation. Fort Bridger Post 36 will be celebrating their centennial on January 25, 2020. Mayor, Scott Dellinger signed the proclamation proclaiming January 25, 2020 as “American Legion Fort Bridger Post 36 Centennial Day” in the Town of Mountain View.
Anjoli Mosier and Lacey Dyer were present for the reading of the Human Trafficking Prevention Proclamation. Today, in too many places, including right here in Wyoming, the injustice of human trafficking still tears at our social fabric. Mayor, Scott Dellinger signed a proclamation proclaiming January 2020 as “Human Trafficking Awareness Month” in the Town of Mountain View.
In review of the bids received for the VAC/Sewer Jet Truck, motion was made by Bryan Ayres and second by Tori Carter to approve the bid submitted from Big Truck and Equipment Sales LLC in the amount of $169,565.00; motion carried.
