Notice is hereby given that Jeremy Watts has applied for a Conditional Use Permit to allow for the operation of an on-line vehicle sales office on property located at 4047 Almy Road 107 in Section 25 of T16N, R121W, Uinta County, Wyoming. The subject property is owned by Ralston E. and Ramona R. DeGraw.

PUBLIC NOTICE

Uinta County School District 4 (Mountain View) will adopt new K-8 Science textbooks for implementation in 2019-2020. Curriculum discussions regarding the adoption of new textbooks have been ongoing throughout the 2018-19 school year with numerous meetings involving K-8 science teachers. After reviewing a number of science textbooks and materials and conducting on-site reviews, the committee will recommend Elevate Science, published by Pearson, at the May board meeting. Interested parents and community members may view the materials at the K-8 office or stop by the district office prior to May 14, 2019.

MINUTES

TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW

March 19, 2019   7:00 P.M.

The March 19, 2019 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:06 p.m. by Mayor, Scott Dellinger. Those present were Council members Bryan Ayres, Tori Carter and Jacob Porter, Clerk, Penny Robbins, Rick Guild with Public Works and Brian Sparks, Chief of Police.

Motion by Tori Carter, second by Jacob Porter to approve the agenda; motion carried.

Motion by Jacob Porter, second by Bryan Ayres to approve the March 5, 2019 minutes as presented; motion carried.

Motion by Bryan Ayres, second by Jacob Porter allow open container and extended hours if needed for the Tri-City Pool Tournament March 29-31, 2019; motion carried.
