The Town of Mountain View is requesting a lump sum bid for the summer 2021 Slurry Seal Project. The project specifications are on file and may be obtained free by contacting the Town Hall at 307-782-3100, or Rick Guild at 307-780-5758 or our website at www.mtvwy.com
Bids must be received by 5:00 pm on May 27, 2021 at the Town Hall located at 405 N Highway 414, Mountain View, Wyoming. Bids will be opened at 11:00 am May 28, 2021. Bid will be officially awarded at the Town Council meeting on June 1, 2021. Notice of award will be issued the following day. The Town of Mountain View is an equal opportunity employer. TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW
April 20, 2021 7:00 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor, Bryan Ayres.
The April 20, 2021 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7 pm by Mayor, Bryan Ayres. Those present were, council members, Tori Carter, Jenny Harvey, Gina Tims and Jamy Ferrin, Clerk Treasurer, Penny Robbins, Deputy Clerk, Amanda Fraughton, Chief of Police, Trevor Rasmussen, Officer’s Alan Kiefer and Jessica Knezovich.
Motion by Gina Tims, second by Jamy Ferrin to approve the agenda; motion carried.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Jenny Harvey to approve the April 6, 2021 minutes; motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Tori Carter to approve the liquor license renewal for PIZZA HUT; motion carried.
Motion by Jamy Ferrin, second by Gina Tims to approve permission for alcohol use in the park on July 7th 2021; motion carried.
Motion by Jenny Harvey, second by Jamy Ferrin to approve ORDINANCE 2021-2 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW, WYOMING ENACTING SECTION 26.04.010, MOTOR VEHICLES AND TRAFFIC, OF THE TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW MUNICIPAL CODE REGULATING THE OPERATION OF OFF-ROAD RECREATIONAL VEHICLES ON TOWN STREETS ON THIRD AND FINAL READING; motion carried.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Jamy Ferrin Proclaiming May 2nd – May 8th the 52nd Annual Professional Clerks Week; motion carried.
