MINUTES OF THE BUSINESS MEETING HELD MAY 7, 2020
Present were Mayor Berg, Councilmembers Tansy Shelton, Shane Hooton, Andy Spray and Dallas Sill, Public Works Director Jared Crane, Clerk Lisa Bradshaw, Chief Kathy Adams and Attorney Thayne Peterson.
Councilman Spray made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Sill made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 16, 2020 business meeting and work session, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2020-01 AN ORDINANCE CONFORMING DIFFERING SECTIONS OF THE TOWN CODE CONCERNING WHEN A SUBDIVISION AND/OR LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT IS NECESSARY AND THE NEED FOR PUBLIC FRONTAGE TO A LOT.
