Ready Rocks, Inc. of Mountain View, Wyoming has filed a small mining permit application with the Land Quality Division of the Wyoming Department of Environmental Quality for the mining of sand and gravel in Uinta County, Wyoming.  The mine area is approximately 1.5 miles Northeast of Mountain View, WY.  The application may be viewed at the Cheyenne or the Lander Office of the Land Quality Division.  The application will be re-advertised for public comment prior to approval by the Department of Environmental Quality.

TOWN OF LYMAN WYOMING

Minutes of the Business Meeting held April 18, 2019

Present were Mayor Berg, Councilmembers Andy Spray, Tansy Shelton, Shane Hooton and Dallas Sill, Public Works Director Jared Crane, Chief Kathy Adams and Clerk Lisa Bradshaw.   Attorney Thayne Peterson and Councilman Spray were excused.

Councilman Sill made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.

Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the minutes of the April 4, 2019 work and business meetings, second by Councilman Sill, motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Berg opened the public hearing for USANSONS LLC Liquor License renewal. Clerk Bradshaw explained the process with the transfer of the LLC.  No public comments.  Public hearing was closed.

Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the renewal of USANSONS LLC Liquor License with the contingency that by May 20, 2019 the transfer of the LLC is completed, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.

Mayor Berg opened another public hearing for Ordinance No. 2019-04.  No public comments.  Public hearing was closed.

ORDINANCE NO. 2019-04 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE REGULATION OF ICE AND SNOW ACCUMULATION Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2019-04 on the second reading, second by Councilman Sill, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Sill made a motion to give Mayor Berg the approval to sign a contract with Major Roofing and Construction for the Heritage Barn Roofing Project, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
