NOTICE OF ACCEPTANCE OF AND FINAL SETTLEMENT FOR 

BAD SPRING, WILDCAT #5 AND WILDCAT BUTTE WELL SOLAR SPRING DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Notice is hereby given that the Uinta County Conservation District has accepted as completed according to plans, specifications and rules set forth in the contract between Uinta County Conservation District and CME Enterprises LLC, Contractor of Lyman Wyoming, the Bad Spring, Wildcat #5 and Wildcat Butte Well Solar Spring Development Projects located in the northeastern corner of Uinta County, Wyoming, and that the Contractor is entitled to final settlement therefore.

Upon the forty-first day after the first publication of this notice, namely August 6, 2020, the Uinta County Conservation District Board of Supervisors will pay to the Contractor the full amount due under the contract, and in the event that any claim is not filed with the said Uinta County Conservation District prior to the said August 6, 2020, the same shall be waived.

The date of the first publication of this Notice is June 26, 2020.

Minutes of the Business Meeting held June 18, 2020

 Present were Mayor Berg, Councilmembers Shane Hooton, Andy Spray, Tansy Shelton and Dallas Sill, Public Works Director Jared Crane, Clerk Lisa Bradshaw, Chief Adams and Attorney Thayne Peterson.

Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously. 

Councilman Sill made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 4, 2020 business meeting and work session, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the Town of Lyman paying $1,000.00 of the $3,800.00 for Bruce Bluemel’s asphalt replacement, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously. 

Councilman Spray made a motion to reimburse Brad Allen for replacing his water line, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously. 

Councilman Sill made a motion to approve the Beverage Catering Permit for The Badlands Saloon on August 15, 2020 at the Heritage Barn, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.

A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AND APPROVING AN AMENDMENT

OF THE BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2019/2020

WHEREAS, Wyoming Statute 16-4-112 through 118 grants to governing bodies the ability to amend, by Resolution, the Town’s adopted budget; and

WHEREAS, the Governing Body of the Town of Lyman needs to amend certain items from the 2019-2020 budget cycle to modified expenditures, to wit:

LINE ITEM 52-40-731 ~ THE INITIAL BUDGET AMOUNT OF $6,000.00 IS SUPPLIMENTED BY $59,000 FOR FUNDS EXPENDED FOR THE REQUIRED MATCH OF THE SANITARY SEWER MANHOLE SEAING PROJECT GRANT. 

WHEREAS, the Town of Lyman has published the proposed budget amendments and transfers in a newspaper of general circulation as required;

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN, Uinta County, Wyoming, that:
