Minutes of the Business Meeting held July 1, 2021
Those present were:

Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Quinney made a motion to go into an Executive Session for personnel, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Hooton made a motion to go back into the Business Meeting, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the minutes of the June 17, 2021 business meeting and work session, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2021-06 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN WYOMING AMENDING THE TOWN’S WEED ORDINANCE Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2021-06 on the first reading, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
Ordinance No. 2021-07 AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN, WYOMING ADOPTING THE STATE ANIMAL ABUSE STATUES AS A LYMAN ORDINANCE Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2021-07 on the first reading, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the Beverage Catering Permit for John’s Clover Club on August 14, 2021, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Spray mad a motion to accept the High School Water Crossing Project, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
Mayor Berg asked for approval of the following 2 -year appointments:

Notice is hereby given that Brian Tims, Agent for Cody and Lucinda Wight has applied for a Land Use District Change (Zone Change) and Subdivision Permit for a parcel of land in Sections 13 and 24, T15N R115W.
