Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is August 6th, 2021 and the date of final settlement will be after September 16th, 2021 and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Town of Lyman prior to the above published date of final settlement.

Request for Bid
The Town Of Mountain View is requesting a lump sum bid for the 2021 Fire hydrant/Water Valve Project. The project specifications are on file and may be obtained for free by contacting the Town Hall at 307-782-3100, or by calling Rick Guild at 307-780-5758.
This project consists of replacing 14 Fire Hydrant/main water valves within the city right of ways with a completion date of no later than October 11, 2021. Quantity of fire hydrants and valves to be replace could vary depending on the price. Only bids with a 5% bid bond will be accepted. Only qualified contractors will be considered, contractors must provide references for 5 successfully completed projects of similar size and nature to be considered. A successful bidder must provide proof of insurance’s including but not limited to Workmen’s Compensation and Employer’s Liability, Public Liability, and Automobile/ Equipment.
All bids must be received by 9:00 AM on September 7th 2021 at the Town Hall located at 405 N. Highway 414, Mountain View, Wyoming 82939. Bids will be opened at 10:00 AM on September 7th 2021. ORDINANCE NO. 2021-08
AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE ISSUANCE OF TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY PERMITS IN THE TOWN OF LYMAN, UINTA COUNTY, WYOMING
WHEREAS, the Town has adopted an occupancy permit before a building in Town is inhabited for the health and safety of the building’s occupants; and,
WHEREAS, it appears that a temporary occupancy permit may be desirable in order to allow limited use of a building before a final occupancy permit is issued.
NOW THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE TOWN OF LYMAN, UINTA COUNTY, WYOMING THAT THE TOWN CODE SHOULD BE MODIFIED IN THE FOLLOWING WAY:
9-7-2: TEMPORARY OCCUPANCY PERMITS:
A. Temporary Permit Authorized: Notwithstanding and in addition to the Occupancy Permit per Town Ordinance 9-7-1, the Town Engineer, Building Inspector or their designee may issue a Temporary Occupancy Permit allowing temporary occupancy or use of a building pending the issuance of a final Occupancy Permit. It is unlawful for any person to inhabit any newly erected or remodeled dwelling place or structure within the Town that has been issued a Temporary Occupancy Permit in a manner inconsistent with such a permit.
B. Temporary Occupancy Permit Requirements: The Town Engineer, Building Inspector or their designee has discretion to place limits on the use of any building subject to a Temporary Occupancy Permit.
C. Mandatory Requirements: In addition to any use limits placed on a Temporary Occupancy Permit, every Temporary Occupancy Permit must include:
1. The length of time the Temporary Occupancy Permit is authorized before a full Occupancy Permit must be obtained. Nothing in this Ordinance shall prohibit or require the Town Engineer, Building , or their designee, from extending or modifying a Temporary Occupancy Permit as events ensue.
2. A list of the inspections required prior to and in conjunction with the issuance of the Temporary Occupancy Permit. These Inspections may be in conjunction with or in addition to the inspections required pursuant to Town Ordinance 9-7-1.
3. The fee for the Temporary Occupancy Permit, which shall be set by the Town Engineer, Building Inspector or their designee to equal the cost of their services in inspecting and issuing said permit plus an additional twenty dollars ($20) to compensate the Town for the additional work required in recording, monitoring and maintaining the accompanying records.
