The Uinta County Commissioners will accept applications for one unexpired term for the Uinta County Library Board. NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that Uinta County School District #4 has accepted as completed all work on Classroom Cameras and Sound System Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Uinta County School District #4 and Audio Enhancement and the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is September 4th, 2020 and the date of final settlement will be after October 15th, 2020 and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Uinta County School District #4 prior to the above published date of final settlement.

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Scott Dellinger.
The August 18, 2020 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7 p.m. by Mayor Scott Dellinger. Those present were Council President, Gina Tims, council members Bryan Ayres, Tori Carter, and Jacob Porter, Deputy Clerk, Amanda, Rick Guild and Billy (Bud) Lawson with Public Works, Chief Trevor Rasmussen, Officer Alan Kiefer and Officer Jessica Knezovich.
Motion by Bryan Ayres second by Tori Carter to approve the agenda; motion carried.
Motion by Jacob Porter, second by Tori Carter to approve the August 4, 2020 minutes; motion carried.
Mayor Dellinger administered the Oath of Office to Police Officer Jessica Knezovich.

Minutes of the Business Meeting held August 20, 2020
Present were Mayor Berg, Councilmembers Shane Hooton, Andy Spray, Tansy Shelton and Dallas Sill, Public Works Director Jared Crane, Clerk Lisa Bradshaw, Chief Kathy Adams and Attorney Thayne Peterson.
Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the agenda, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
