The Uinta County Commissioners will accept applications for one unexpired term for the Uinta County Library Board. Applications can be found at www.uintacounty.com under the Documents tab or at the County Clerk’s Office located at 225 9th St. Evanston. Completed applications are due in the County Clerk’s Office by 5:00 p.m. October 1st. NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Town of Lyman has accepted as completed all work on the Lyman Streets 2020 Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Town of Lyman and Consolidated Paving & Concrete the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice. The date of first publication is August 14th, 2020 and the date of final settlement will be after October 1st, 2020 and when all punch list items are complete.
Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Town of Lyman prior to the above published date of final settlement.

MINUTES
TOWN OF MOUNTAIN VIEW
August 4, 2020 7:03 P.M.
The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Mayor Scott Dellinger.
The August 4, 2020 Mountain View Town Council meeting was called to order at 7:03 p.m. by Mayor Scott Dellinger. Those present were Council President, Gina Tims, council member Tori Carter, Jake Porter and Bryan Ayres, Clerk, Penny Robbins, Deputy Clerk, Amanda Fraughton and Katie Johnson, Public Works Director, Rick Guild and Bud Lawson, Interim Chief Trevor Rasmussen and Officer Alan Kiefer.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Gina Tims to approve the agenda; motion carried.
Motion by Jake Porter, second by Tori Carter to approve the July 21, 2020 minutes; motion carried.
Oath of Office for Chief Trevor Rasmussen presented by Mayor, Scott Dellinger.
Motion by Gina Tims, second by Tori carter to approve concessions agreement for AYSO; motion approved.
Motion by Tori Carter, second by Jaker Porter to approve open container permits for Cowboy Bar on August 8, 2020 for the Chili Cookoff and August 15, 2020 for the Poker Run; motion carried.
Motion by Jake Porter, second by Tori Carter to approve budget amendment for the purchase of cover for sewer SAGR; motion carried.
Motion by Gina Tims, second by Tori Carter to accept contract with Amanda Kirby as Prosecuting Attorney; motion carried.
Motion by Jake Porter, second by Gina Tims to approve resolution 2020-5 AMENDING PERSONNEL POLICY; motion carried.
Chief Trevor Rasmussen reported on questioning from the public about employing another officer and half of a Lyman officer. The new officer coming on would be an existing position with the Town of Mountain View and we did not employ half of a Lyman officer, we have a Mutual Aid Agreement with the Town of Lyman for assistance.
