   NOTICE IS HEREBY PUBLISHED that the Uinta County School District #4 has accepted as completed all work on the Mountain View High School Vestibule Project according to the plans, specifications and rules set forth between the Uinta County School District #4 and K.R. Goble Construction, Inc. and the Contractor is entitled to settlement thereof.
   Final payment will be made after the completion of publication of this Notice.  The date of first publication is August 30th, 2019 and the date of final settlement will be after October 10th, 2019 and when all punch list items are complete.
   Any claim or claims for work or labor due, or for materials or supplies furnished, must be accordingly filed with the Uinta County School District #4 prior to the above published date of final settlement.

TOWN OF LYMAN WYOMING
MINUTES OF THE BUSINESS MEETING HELD AUGUST 15, 2019
   Present were Mayor Berg  Councilmembers Andy Spray, Tansy Shelton and Shane Hooton, Police Chief Kathy Adams, Clerk Lisa Bradshaw, Public Works Director Jared Crane and Attorney Thayne Peterson.  Councilman Sill was excused.
   Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.
   Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the minutes of the August 1, 2019 work and business meetings, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
   Ordinance No. 2019-06 AN ORDINANCE ALLOWING CHANGES AND EXEMPTIONS TO THE BUILDING CODE BY RESOLUTION AND ONLINE REVIEW  Councilman Spray made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2019-06 on the first reading, second by Councilwoman Shelton,  motion carried unanimously.
   Ordinance No. 2019-07 AN ORDINANCE EXEMPTING SMALL ACCESSORY BUILDING PERMITS   Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2019-07 on the first reading, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.
   Ordinance No. 2019-08 AN ORDINANCE AUTHORIZING THE REMOVAL OR DESTRUCTION OF ANIMALS THAT PRESENT A CLEAR DANGER TO THE PUBLIC, PROPERTY OR OTHER ANIMALS.  Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve Ordinance No. 2019-08 on the first reading, second by Councilman Spray,  motion carried unanimously.
