BRIDGER VALLEY — A Joe Galvin Benefit Account has been set up at Wells Fargo Bank in Lyman.

Galvin, or Pastor Joe, as he is known around the Valley, was in a vehicle accident the first part of March in which he was hospitalized and kept in intensive care for some time at St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City. Reports are Galvin is now in rehab and is projected to be released in the near future.

Glavin has greatly contributed to the Valley through his church, Sub for Santa and many other areas in the 13 years he has been in the Valley. Prior to the accident, Galvin was to more to Oregon as family responsibilities had already resulted in his wife moving to Oregon. Galvin was finishing his work in the Valley area and then also moving to Oregon. He is to fly to Oregon following his release for St. Mark’s Hospital in Salt Lake City.

The fund has been set up to help Galvin with medical expenses, travel and other expenses.
