MOUNTAIN VIEW — Landen Kellum, a senior at MVHS, participated in the All-State Jazz Choir held at Northwest College in Powell last week.
He auditioned for this honor choir in early December and learned he had been selected later that month, according to MVHS music teacher Lori Limoges.
Kellum was selected for a presitigious solo presentation during this concert. He has earned a number of honors for his voice during his high school career. He was selected for the Southwest District honor Choir for four years, the All-State Honor Choir for two years, the All-State Jazz Choir for two years and the All-Northwest Honor Choir for two years.
His plans, after graduation, are Going into aviation.
