ROCK SPRINGS — Kazzen Siler, an eighth grade student at Lyman Intermediate, took the overall first place for the season in the Wild West Championships motocross circuit.
The Wild West Series is a series of 14 races from Rock Springs and to Salt Lake, Tooele, Willard, and Delta, all of Utah. The series runs from May to September and this year’s championships were held recently in Rock Springs.
"I would like to thank Wild West Series for the great competition and amazing awards this year,” Siler said Monday. “I would also like to thank my team Utah Off-road Racing and parents for the support and sponsorship. I look forward to competing again next year."
Siler is sponsored by Utah Off-road Racing. His parents are Daniel and Shasta Siler of Lyman.
