MOUNTAIN VIEW — Three MVHS choir students were recently selected to sing in honor choirs in 2018.

The three students were selected from thousands to participate in these choirs, according to MV music teacher, Lori Limoges.

“Students are selected from across all school sizes in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Idaho, Montana and Wyoming audition to participate in these honor choirs alternating years,” Limoges said.

The two MVHS students selected for these impressive choirs include, Maura Flake (junior, Alto 1) to participate in the American Choral Directors Association 2018 All-Northwest Women's Honor Choir and Landen Kellum (senior, Tenor 2) to sing with the ACDA 2018 All-Northwest Men's Honor Choir.

They will travel with their families to Portland OR in early March for this honor.
