DeEtte Powell, Lyman, signed a scholarship Monday, April 25, to rodeo for Northwest College in Powell, Wyoming.
Powell is from Lyman and is the daughter of Gareth and Staci Powell, Lyman. She has been a force with the Division 8 rodeo team for high school competitors. She
has consistently competed in a rodeo series in Ogden and Manila, Utah; and in Jr High Rodeo in Idaho. She is the oldest of four children
