BRIDGER VALLEY — In the spirit of giving this holiday season, the group called ‘The Rippin’ Stitchers’ visited the Kemmerer Nursing home to deliver “warm” wishes for the season, according to member Cherie Noe.
Debbie Arnell suggested making fleece lap blankets for residents of a nursing home. The members liked the idea and started to prepare enough blankets for the Kemmerer Nursing Home in November.
On Dec. 9, four members (Arnell, Ellen Walker, Yvonne Vaughn, and Noe) shared the joy of seeing the gratitude of the residents make their choice of blanket to call their own.
