A Union Pacific train engine exploded over the weekend in Uinta County, but no information has been released as to the cause.
No one was injured in the blast that occurred early Saturday morning, and no additional information has been released from Union Pacific.
According to a post from Uinta County Fire and Ambulance, firefighters from North Summit, Utah, joined the Uinta County forces in responding to the explosion at around 3 a.m. Saturday. COURTESY PHOTO/UC Fire and Ambulance
