GREEN RIVER — Both Valley high school and junior varsity basketball teams were busy last week as they hit the hardwood at the Flaming Gorge Classic in Green River.
Green River has turned this basketball tournament into one of multiple teams in multiple venues by bringing in 32 girls teams and 32 boys teams to shoot it out prior to regular season play. In the last game for the Eagles, they suffered their fourth loss at the Classic as the Wranglers took the win, 43-25.
