2 Eagles prequalified for state track

Posted

LYMAN —The Lyman Eagles track team has two ladies prequalified for the state meet, which will be held May 17-18 in Casper.

The two ladies qualified at the Pete Olson Memorial meet in Big Piney last month. Their names weren’t originally included in the WHSAA chart, but had been added in the update April 10.

Lady Eagle McKiney Bradshaw, junior, took three first places at the Pete Olson – discus with 121-01.50 feet, in the shot with a throw of 39-11.00 and in the high jump with a height of 5-04.00. These three accomplishments qualified Bradshaw for the state meet in these three events.

Challis Nebeker of Lyman also prequalified for state. She cleared 9’3” in the pole vault.

Lyman is at the meet today in Malad Idaho.
