Notice is hereby given that the Uinta County School District No. 4 has accepted as completed according to the plans, specifications, and rules governing the same work performed under that certain Contract between the School District No. 4 and Renner Sports Surfaces, 2775 West 7th Avenue, Denver, Colorado 80204, the Contractor on the Mountain View High School Track Replacement Project for Synthetic Surfacing placement. The Contractor is entitled to final settlement for work under this Contract and the School District will make final payment to the Contractor herein mentioned for the full amount due on the forty-first day after first publication of this notice, being first published on December 2, 2022, and final payment to be made on January 12, 2023. Any claims should be submitted to the School District. Claims not filed with the School District, prior to the forty-first (41st) day after the first date of this publication, the same shall be waived.

NOTICE TO SOLICIT NOMINATIONS FOR DIRECTORS OF UINTA COUNTY WEED & PEST CONTROL DISTRICT

Appointments to the Uinta County Weed & Pest Control District will be made on Tuesday, January 3, 2023, by the Board of Uinta County Commissioners at the County Complex, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming.

Pursuant to the Wyoming Weed and Pest Control Act of 1973 (W.S. 11-5-101 through 11-5-303), notice is hereby given to solicit nominations for appointments to Uinta County Weed & Pest Control District. Appointments shall be made in accordance with W.S. 11-5-104.

Interested applicants should contact Chris Aimone at 57 Patriot, Evanston.

A total of three directors shall be selected from areas of residence as follows:

One (1) from School District #1, North of I-80

One (1) from School District #1, South of I-80

One (1) from School District #4   

Prior to appointment, nominees shall submit a petition signed by at least ten (10) landowners to the office of the County Commissioners at least five (5) days before the date of the meeting or before December 27, 2022.

Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve $300.00 to the Sub-for-Santa program, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
