REQUEST FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that the Uinta County Conservation District (UCCD) is accepting bids for the Almy Ditch Project, a Bear River Restoration Project, to improve an irrigation diversion with a permanent structure and improve stability and reduce erosion and sediment loading in the Bear River by restoring approximately 1,975 feet of the Bear River located in Township 15N, Range 121W; 120W, Sections 1 and 6 north of the City of Evanston in southwest Wyoming. Sealed bids will be accepted until 2:00 pm on Wednesday, May 12, 2021 by the Uinta County Conservation District, 204 East Sage Street, P.O. Box 370, Lyman, WY 82937. Bids will be opened at the time they are due, and a decision to award the bid will be made at the UCCD board meeting on May 20th at 8pm. A mandatory pre-bid walk is scheduled for Monday, April 19th at 10:00 am. ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDS
The Owner will accept sealed proposals, subject to the conditions contained in the General Conditions, Special Provisions and Specifications until May 5, 2021 at noon, at Uinta County School District No.4 Central Office, 129 West Second Street, Mountain View, Wyoming 82939 and then publicly opened and read aloud. Proposals shall include furnishing all labor, materials, and equipment necessary for performing the work. Proposals will be received for the work as set forth in the bid package, the project generally being described as follows:
This project shall consist removal of the existing running track at the Mountain View High School, located in Mountain View, Wyoming, subgrade preparation as needed, grading of the subgrade, placement of the hot mix asphalt surface, placement of the surface coating, painting of the track, placement of a concrete curb edging, moving existing sprinkler heads, removal of existing runways, replacement of sod and appurtenant work associated with this track reconstruction.

The Owner reserves the right to reject all bids and waive any informality in same if the Governing Body determines that it is in the best interest of the Owner to do so. No bidder will be allowed to withdraw their bid for a period of thirty (30) days or until the successful bidder has entered into a contract with the Owner.
The completion date for the project shall be August 15, 2021.
