The Town of Lyman will be conducting a silent bid auction for surplus equipment February 27th - 9:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. Items for bid will be at the Maintenance Shop at the Rodeo Grounds. Bidding closes at 12:00 p.m. on 2-27-24. Turn your sealed bids in at the clerk’s office The following items will be up for bid: Lawnmowers, Generators, Miscellaneous Items. Items will need to be picked up by Wednesday afternoon.

February 1, 2024
The meeting was called to order by Mayor Hooton, present was Councilmember’s Bronson Berg, Eric Quinney, Jimmy Bramlett and Gregg Moretti.

Councilman Quinney made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Bramlett, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the minutes of the January 18, 2024, Business Meeting and Work Session, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Berg motioned to approve Mayor Hooton appointing Eric Quinney to the Economic Development Board, second by Councilman Moretti, motion carried unanimously.
Resolution # 2024-05 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE LYMAN FINE BUBBLE AERATION SYSTEM PROJECT AND ALLOW CONTRACT TO BE ENTERED AND EXECUTED Councilman Bramlett made a motion to approve Resolution # 2024-05, second by Councilman Quinney, motion carried unanimously.
Councilman Moretti made a motion to approve the Beverage Catering Permit for Trystn Ross at the Heritage Barn July 26-27, 2024, second by Councilman Berg, motion carried unanimously.
