Notice is hereby given that Uinta County School District #6 has accepted as complete the replacement of the front entrance sidewalks at Urie Elementary and Lyman High School, in accordance with a contract between Uinta County School District #6 and Beyond Building, LLC, P.O. Box 442, Lyman, WY  82937 and that Beyond Building, LLC is entitled to final payment. Therefore, on September 26, 2019, being the forty-first day after the first publication of this notice, full and final payment will be made to Beyond Building, LLC, unless protests to this final payment have been received prior to or on that date.  Protests to this final payment may be made in writing to Uinta County School District No. 6, 126 North Franklin Street, P.O. Minutes of the Business Meeting held August 1, 2019

Present were Mayor Berg  Councilmembers Dallas Sill, Andy Spray, Tansy Shelton and Shane Hooton, Police Chief Kathy Adams, Deputy Clerk Lisa Reis and Attorney Thayne Peterson.  Public Works Director Jared Crane and Clerk Lisa Bradshaw were excused.

Councilwoman Shelton made a motion to approve the agenda as amended, second by Councilman Hooton, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Sill made a motion to approve the minutes of the July 18, 2019 work and business meetings, second by Councilman Spray, motion carried unanimously.

Councilman Spray made a motion to approve the appointment Dave Miller as Town of Lyman Building Inspector and Trent Dewitt as Town of Lyman Electrical Inspector, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously.

RESOLUTION # 2019-18 A RESOLUTION APPOINTING A TOWN ENGINEER, TOWN BUILDING INSPECTOR AND TOWN ELECTRICAL INSPECTOR Councilman Hooton made a motion to approve Resolution # 2019-18, second by Councilwoman Shelton, motion carried unanimously. 

RESOLUTION # 2019-19 A RESOLUTION ALLOWING THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO A LEASE AGREEMENT WITH STATE OF WYOMING, DEPARTMENT OF ADMINISTRATON AND INFORMATON, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT  Councilman Spray made a motion to approve Resolution # 2019-19, second by Councilman Sill, motion carried unanimously.

Uinta County Road and Bridge is accepting separate sealed bids for the design, furnish, and transport of a prefabricated simple span modular steel vehicular bridge to the site located 1.3 miles South of Robertson on County Road 274 in Uinta County Wyoming, in compliance with W.S.§24-1-132. The bridge will replace the pony truss bridge that currently spans the Smiths Fork River and is identified by the Wyoming Department of Transportation structure code as ERS.  Sealed bids will be received by Uinta County, Wyoming, until 10:00 am on September 5, 2019 at the Uinta County Clerk’s office, 225 9th Street, Evanston, Wyoming, 82930 and then opened and read aloud within the Commissioners Meeting Room, 225 9th Street Evanston, Wyoming. All bid packets shall be labeled, 274 Bridge Bid.
